Terms of use

Short, because the site is simple. By reading it you agree to the following.

What this site is

An independent information site about two online pokies and the casinos that offer them to Australians. It doesn’t offer gambling, take deposits, hold accounts or process bets. Nothing on it is advice to gamble, and no page claims that any game or casino is legal, licensed or approved in Australia. Online casinos are not licensed in Australia.

Age

The site and everything it describes are for people aged 18 and over.

Accuracy

Every figure is attributed to a dated source on its page. Games change builds, casinos change cashiers and terms, and regulators change lists; a figure is accurate as at its date and may not be later. Check the game’s info panel and the casino’s terms before you rely on anything here. I’m not responsible for losses arising from a figure that has changed since its date, or from a decision to gamble.

Trade marks

Wolf Treasure is a game by IGTech; Sweet Bonanza, Sweet Bonanza 1000, Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter, Sweet Bonanza Dice and Sweet Bonanza Candyland are games by Pragmatic Play. Their names and artwork belong to those studios and appear here to identify and review the games. The site has no affiliation with, endorsement from or connection to IGTech, Pragmatic Play or any casino.

Links

Links to casinos, where present, are affiliate links, disclosed on the How I earn page. The casino’s own terms apply the moment you arrive there. Links to regulators, help services and sources are provided for reference.

Copying

Text and the site’s own illustrations are mine. Quote a sentence with a link; don’t republish a page.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions go to the contact page.
